Thank you for supporting ART by O ASHLEY! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30 day return and refund policy under the following conditions:
RETURNS:
- You must return your item within 30 days of recieving it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS:
Once we recieve your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back toy ur original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item)
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- Sale items
- Custom or commissioned artwork
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGES:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you recieved a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it for the same item at no extra cost. Please send us an email at olivia.a.harris13@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us at olivia.a.harris13@gmail.com with your order number and reason for your return. Photos of any damage/defects required.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.
- Pack the item securely in all original packaging and send it back. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
